Yazan Kharouf is an accomplished financial services and payments executive with more than 27 years of leadership experience across the Middle East and Levant. In March 2026, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Qi Jordan, where he leads operational strategy, business performance, cross-functional execution and the continued development of digital payment acceptance in the Jordanian market.

Before joining Qi Jordan, Yazan served as Regional Managing Director of Acquiring – Levant at Network International. In that role, he led the expansion of electronic payment acceptance, merchant acquisition and digital payment solutions, including SoftPOS, QR payments and eCommerce. Under his leadership, the business delivered substantial growth in electronic payment transaction volumes and significantly expanded its merchant acceptance network across the market

Earlier, Yazan held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Network International, directing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury, tax, compliance and audit. He supported the company’s growth from a local business into an international player, contributed to two major acquisitions and supported the organisation’s journey towards its London Stock Exchange listing in 2019.

Yazan is recognised for combining strong financial governance with commercial execution. His leadership approach connects finance, operations, technology, sales and product teams to strengthen profitability, improve efficiency and deliver sustainable business growth. He has led large, cross-functional teams and worked within a major international payments organisation with an extensive global footprint.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Zarqa Private University in Jordan.
